We developed privacy programs in collaboration with legal teams to address the needs of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the evolving landscape of privacy laws in various U.S. states. We established governance frameworks for Artificial Intelligence (AI) for organizations long before the majority of the industry even started to consider this. We took control and led the response to critical security challenges, including incidents caused by state-sponsored actors.

This is a practice, not a plan. Several clients at Securipolis have achieved SOC 2 Type 2 attestations, initiated ISO 27001 certifications, and addressed HIPAA and CMMC requirements. We have used artificial intelligence for their compliance via automated evidence collection, which has diminished time required for audit prep by about 50%. We design the board presentation and, if needed, we present it to the board as well. Our qualifications include being a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP), and a current and active member of ISC2, IAPP, ISACA, and the Cloud Security Alliance.
